Sonic Wall was officially retired last Thursday, October 31st. It's time to migrate to Global Protect to prevent the loss of VPN access to the corporate network. This new solution will mean fewer drops and a faster, more secure and reliable VPN connection for you.
In many cases the Global Protect tool has already been installed on your laptop and you can access it through the system tray, found alongside other hidden icons on the bottom right side of the task bar. You’ll still use the RSA token, but your active directory credentials will be cached and saved. Please seek help from the IT Help desk if needed. Look for detailed instructions here.
