As our team changes and grows, it’s important that our communications be sent to the correct audience and only that audience. Notice that our contractors have a separate distro, so you’ll need to include them if your goal is to communicate with everyone on the team. Do not forward all-hands meetings, staff planning, budget or other corporate-wide related communications to contractors unless you are at the director or above level.*
