Maker Time is defined as the number of hours a Designer spend doing actual hands-on design work, it’s important to track this time to measure designer’s efficiency in a Team and remove blockers in our workflows and activities.
It’s important to mention that the Maker Time metric considers only hours spent in hands on design related activities from an 8hr day. Having a MT = 3 doesn’t mean that the person is only working 3 hours a day.
Why are we measuring this?
We want to know how Designers are using their time so we can take action on:
The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a metric we use to gauge our team satisfaction with their work experience. It measures the likelihood of whether a teammate would be willing to recommend Dell Digital Design as a place to work. eNPS it’s not meant to be a complete way of measuring our team's engagement, because of its simplicity, it can give us an idea of what's happening inside our Organization.
The score reported here is different than the Tell Dell and overall DDD score, this is DDD Product Design ONLY.
